Refund policy

To start a return and refund process, please contact us at info@helloseason.com.au quoting your order number.

All items should be inspected and checked as soon as received. We understand that sometimes there may be a change of mind or things may not be as expected. For any reasons, please reach out to us to resolve any issues. Any returns do damage our small business as we ensure quality and may be hard to re-sell items if they have been in used condition.

Eligibility

Refund request is to be made within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. We will guide you on the return process.

✅ Items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received

✅ In its original packaging with no missing pieces 

✅ Proof of purchase / order number required

Please take a photo of the product and invoice together when requesting for refund

Return shipping costs

Customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipment with tracking is recommended to track your return process and for insurance purposes as we hold no responsibility if items are lost during transit.

Timeframe

Returns and refunds processing time may take 10 business days depending on the postage timeframe for the item to be delivered back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified  

  • If item is in acceptable condition- we will start processing the refunds into your bank account. 
  • If item is not acceptable - we will contact you to discuss further and resolve the issues.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective / damaged when received. Items should be inspected as soon as received and contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
